It’s been a loooong journey but we took this 1978 Chevrolet K5 Blazer 4×4 from one step away from the junkyard to the beauty it is today. This Blazer blends old-school soul with modern upgrades. 🔥 Check em out:
💨 We kept the small block Chevy motor, added Holley Sniper II fuel injection, a Tanks Inc. fuel system, and dressed it up with Holley Vintage touches.
💦 Cooling handled with a Champion radiator, Maradyne fans, and Dakota Digital controller. Swapped the 3-speed for a freeway-ready 700R4 from Phillips Transmissions.
🔧 Suspension got Rough Country springs + Warn hubs. OEM wheels were straightened and media blasted by Xpress Metal Cleaning, finished in satin black, and capped with new hubcaps.
🚗 Inside: Dakota Digital gauges, Vintage Air, OEM-style vinyl, fresh carpet, trim, and headliner from Vintage Parts of Arizona.
🚙 Outside: gloss black & dark charcoal paint (PPG), Raptor Lined top, new chrome, grille, Llumar PPF, and Ceramic Pro.
