Apex Accepts All Major Insurance for Collision Repairs
The Benefits to Using Apex Instead of a DRP Shop
After an accident, drivers can be understandably confused trying to navigate the steps to getting their vehicle repaired. The insurance companies will always try to guide drivers to their preferred shop. Typically, this is a shop that has signed an agreement with the insurance company called a Direct Repair Program or DRP. DRPs allow the insurance company to minimize their expense by incentivizing a repair facility to complete the repairs quickly and for the least amount possible.
Insurance companies steer drivers towards DRP shops by referring to them as selective, network, preferred or recommend. They may also say that they will not warranty work done at any other shops, but it is not the insurance company that offers a warranty, it is the repair facility.
In Arizona, insurance companies cannot require you to provide multiple estimates or tell you where to get your repairs completed… it is entirely up to you.
So why pick Apex Customs to repair your vehicle after an accident? Apex Customs is not a high-volume repair shop and does not have a DRP agreement with any insurance companies. We take pride in every aspect of our work knowing that the vehicles that we restore or customize will be scrutinized by car enthusiasts. You can take comfort in knowing that your vehicle is being repaired by the same technicians that work on exotic cars and priceless classics.
